Upon full payment, ownership of the completed website design and agreed deliverables transfers to the client, excluding:
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Kleva Designs may display completed projects, including screenshots and publicly available website links, within its portfolio, marketing materials and social media for the purpose of showcasing its work.
Projects may use services provided by third parties, including hosting providers, domain registrars, analytics platforms, payment gateways, or other software providers.
Kleva Designs is not responsible for interruptions, outages or changes made by third-party providers.
Unless hosting is specifically included within a service agreement, the client remains responsible for hosting, domain registration and ongoing hosting costs.
Where Kleva Designs assists with hosting or domain registration through third-party providers, those services remain subject to the provider's own terms and conditions.
While Kleva Designs follows recognised SEO best practices, no guarantee is made regarding search engine rankings, traffic levels or business results.
Kleva Designs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the relevant project.
Either party may cancel a project by providing written notice.
Work completed up to the cancellation date may be invoiced accordingly.
Deposits may be non-refundable where work has already commenced.
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to use all content supplied for their website.
Kleva Designs is not responsible for copyright infringement arising from client-supplied material.
Kleva Designs shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform its obligations where such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet outages, power interruptions, government actions or failures of third-party service providers.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
